I think "commit first, ask question later" sounded a bit like Bait-and-switch but on the buying side, the question is would've he paid him the whole 120k if there was no problem with the basement and he didn't have to clean up after him?

I'm finally ready to pull the trigger on my first flip in Orlando area, and looking to connect

With wholesalers/investors.. Etc. I'm fully aware that there is not a whole lot of good deals available in Orlando market and the prices have gone up tremendously.

Also be willing to shadow and help -with anything- anybody doing a flip right now.
