@Erik Estrada it's an investment property both units are rentals, prob 5/1 or 7/1 ARM, hoping to explore our options first

@Nicholas Covington we are looking for conventional loan using our income.

We are looking to refinance a newly-renovated duplex in Indianapolis. Could anyone recommend a lender whom they had good experience with? Preferably with ARM options. Thanks!

@Anita Anand Happy to, will pm you!

Got my ticket. Look forward to seeing everyone!

@Terry Friesen the ticket covers everything on Oct 3 and 4, only workshops on the 2nd costs additional $300. The website is up now - the ‘agenda’ page will give you a good idea on schedule.

@Jacob Messer Looks great, congrats! Did you mean the rehab cost 32K? How big is the house?

@David Hoffman we are pretty much in the same shoes. Happy to connect and bounce ideas.

@Greg Scott we are not local either but plan to make to trip to Indy in the coming month or two. Would love to be connected to local meetups.

@Coreyell Lincoln We just closed a property in Indy with Abstract & Title, all paperwork was done through their e-sign program which we found very convenient. Other title companies we worked with had to send a mobile notary to our home for long distance closing.
