I know a guy who has multiple properties he’s trying to get rid of. I haven’t seen the condition of the homes, but he buys and fixes houses up and then rent them out. He’s fed up with high point NC, and is ready to let his homes go for a STEAL if it’s a cash deal. He’s s very motivated seller. How do I find buyers for this amazing opportunity!?

@Benjamin Von Blon looking for advice and buyers. I also need help with comps, because I never really know where to start my offer. I don’t know how to tell a seller “I am looking to wholesale your property “

I could really use some real estate wholesale advice. I really think I need one or two wholesale transactions to get the ball rolling. I live in Greensboro North Carolina, and I’m a knowledgeable beginner. I have knowledge of all niches and strategies, just low on cash, and want to make moves now, while I stack up capital and clear debts. Could anyone help!?

Stumbled across a great deal in Burlington, NC!! Worked out a situation where I could obtain a property for $15,000.00 below market value, the house will need some work though. Does anyone recommend any private or hard money lenders to help me fund this deal?
