Hi Erick, You mentioned advertising on Furnished Finder, which is an amazing deal at $149/Yr. They offer a background check / tenant screening service, which is paid by tenant.  You also mentioned leases, which key check offers for $30 with e-signing.https://www.keycheck.com/

I've been a partner agent for nearly a year and enjoy hearing that client owners love Furnished Finder.  Great company, with good values.
