Sean, I appreciate your message concerning the  loaning opportunities. The basic terms look good. I look forward to being able to contact you for some deals.

Thank you,

Don

Mike,

Thank you for your reply. I do not have a present deal, but I am making offers. How should I find out more about this opportunity?

Most of the financing that I have used for Fund-Fix-Flips has come from hard money lending. I realized that most lenders require their buyers to "have some financial skin in the game." Does anyone know of any hard or private money lenders who will lend short term 100% or close to it, for Texas Fund-Fix-Flips?

Does anyone know of some real estates agents in the DFW area who will submit multiple bids for investors? I have purchased HUD homes as an investor and I understand how it works, I am just looking for a couple of agents that will submit multiple bids for me on a weekly basis.

Ted,

Thanks for your comments. I always make an attempt to clarify that both transactions will be funded seperately, but I appreciate your reminder. I will update as things progress.

Jacob,

You are correct; close AB first with one day funding then close BC .
