How about 100% Funding for deals?

Question

Most of the financing that I have used for Fund-Fix-Flips has come from hard money lending. I realized that most lenders require their buyers to "have some financial skin in the game." Does anyone know of any hard or private money lenders who will lend short term 100% or close to it, for Texas Fund-Fix-Flips?

Hello@Sean. I just put the duplex under contract for $130,000 an it is worth close to $160,000and i believe will need at least 10,000 for rehab. I need a lender that will do 75% As is valued or the after repairs valued. Please help me.

There is a duplex in  west palm beach that i want to buy. it is a 3/2 rental income $1,200 and the 2/1 rental income is $500 . The property construction is CBS wth living 2,200 sqft.
