The Property is in Columbus, Georgia. I already own a triplex on the exact same street as the one we are trying to acquire. Currently getting great rental income. My question is, how do I set up incentives for multiple investors?

I am inquiring on how to structure a deal involving multiple investors for one property. The property is listed at 55k. It's a tri-plex located in Columbus, GA. Owner currently has 1 tenant paying $425 per month in rent. I have an LLC already in place, in which my investors are not a part of. Investors are willing to invest into my LLC to purchase the property. My question is, how should I structure a deal to pay the investors once the property is purchased? The projected income off of this property is $1,275 minus expenses per month. Should I offer 10% annually off of investment amount? What are more options in order to make sure the investors have an incentive
