Thank you Brent and Nadine, I highly appreciate any info you can provide.  I will be wholesaling to investors and reverse wholesaling as well.  I have tried to find some documents online but am pretty unclear of the accuracy of the information.  I have also tried to utilize a software system called RehabValuator but am not to impressed with its documents.  So please IM me any information you can.
