Hey Ben Got your invite. I have been trying to stay close to herriman. So Riverton, South Jordan, West Jordan, and even lehi to Provo. I can print unlimited post cards if I buy the paper through my wife’s work which is nice. I’m about to buy a list from list source. I’m in herriman and looking in all surrounding areas. I am currently working on lead generation and trying to find my first deal as well. I’m am mostly driving for dollars and putting a mail campaign together. If you wanna sit down and chat or partner up and see if two heads are better than one I’m in. Lead generation is the hardest part in my opinion and I could use a partner to keep me motivated. It gets discouraging some times.

I have searched pretty hard. Moving onto off market and mailer campaign. Pretty good stuff in herriman and riverton if you drive for dollars.

I'm very new and very inexperienced as well. I'm working on finding my first deal. I also feel like I'm missing out on something but the market is not prime for investors. However I am about to launch a drive for dollars campaign and door hangers and direct mail if you want to team up on something let me know. I want an off market deal to use the BRRR method or possibly whole sale to get some cash in the bank.

Mountain American did mine for 333,000 and gave me 2.6 rate for 6 months. They were fast as well
