Try Crowley Custom Finishes, Ask for Brian. They can help you a lot and if their is something they can't do, odds are they know a quality person who can.

@Michael Paris thank you for the tip. I am trying to compile maps of every complex in the US. I'm trying to figure out the most efficient way to do this. I have an unrelated idea. That would solve a huge problem of mine currently and I'm very sure a lot of other people's problem.

Hey BP,

For larger complexes that would require a map to locate buildings and units on the grounds, what would be the best way to get a hold of copies of those maps from a property? Are these maps also filed with the cities or counties and are public record?

Thanks,

Don

I want to introduce myself, my name is Don Johnson. I have always gravitated to Real Estate in one way another. I finally have pulled the trigger and committed to make my vision come true. I have been lurking on BP and learning as much as possible in conjunction with having a few friends in the industry that have been very helpful as well.

My business partner and I are in the final stages of setting up our business and all that entails. We are looking to hit the ground running Nov. 1st and we are hungry.

Our short term goals are to begin flipping while also wholesaling properties and using the majority of the proceeds to acquire buy and hold properties. Over the long term the desire is to build a large enough portfolio that cash flows enough so we can leave our respective jobs. At which point will continue to acquire hold properties, flipping, wholesaling, and potentially manage other owners properties to further expand out portfolio to a minimum of $100 million in properties under management over the next 10 years, then selling off. To which I will disappear to Monaco with my scotch and F1, and my business partner has political aspirations he will pursue.

I personally plan on becoming the off market property king as I would like to develop a system that help my partner and I maximize that opportunity.

First thing is first, getting started. I would like to extend an invitation to anyone in Colorado, or out of state that may need some help with tasks related to this industry. As a newbie, I do not yet have a lot of experience however I learn quickly and work hard to get the job done. Feel free to message me anytime. I will do my best to help.

We are also looking to build our network of investors and mentors, If my understanding of the Denver market is correct in is tough to find properties. If there is any criteria you have for properties let me know, I will find it.

I look forward to meeting and working with the BP community.

Regards,

Don Johnson
