Have a relationship with a title company and ask for a free list of free and clear properties

with an absentee owners. Keep calling title companies until you find one will work with you.

While along this line....Has anybody done any deals with Jerry Norton in any courses?

If this was done w/o a permit. Chances are it will have to be torn down or removed, subject to city inspection.
