Hey everyone,

I was wondering what the best way to get a loan would be? Being only 18 I feel like it would be almost impossible but I want to know thoughts from experienced people!

Okay everyone I am new to RE so I have some questions! I want to hear everybody's inputs!

First let me tell you that I am 18 years old, and I have my mind made up that RE is the career that I want to get into! When I end up buying my first location, I have plans to potentially buy a Duplex and rent it out until I gain a little bit of cash flow, then eventually go into flipping. Being young I don't want to go and do a million different things in RE. I feel like these two niches would be acceptable and a great start for a first timer!

How did you all educate yourself to become the best? What are the best books to read, and if you had worked to gain knowledge what would be the best job to go into?

When wanting to start with these two niches, what location would you prefer?

If you had to say suggest avoiding the thing that leads to most failure, what would it be?

I really want to hear input from as many as possible. I am just starting out so I don't plan to jump the gun and go out and buy my first property right away, I would like to learn as much as possible so that I can SUCCEED!!

Hey everyone!

First off I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Donald but feel free to call me Don or Donnie! I am 18 years old and live right outside of Cincinnati, Oh. I just finished up my freshman year of college, and I question if college is for me? I don't want to come out of school thousands of dollars In debt and work for someone making ends meet.

Real estate has always been an interest of mine, and I know that it has potential of being a great career if done right! I will be honest and say, I know very little about real estate. I am on here to hopefully meet people and build friendship and to gain knowledge from people who are experienced in REI.

I look forward to hearing from anyone and everyone who would be interested in talking with me! I am SO motivated for success in real estate and figured why wait until after I am thousands of dollars in debt from something that I don't even plan on using!
