Hello, first good for you on buying properties and creating your portfolio. I currently live here in Dallastown PA which is directly next to York PA. I am now looking at a few properties in the York area. I believe you said you have property manager how has that has it been for you? If you know… How has it been finding a and keeping a GOOD tenant? Is your strategy to go for mostly cash flow because appreciation in your can be slow if at all. Thanks for and info you can provide!

I've been looking into condos a lot I like that fact that they do the up keep on the outside of the condo. But I don't have any Experience in condo rentals! I'm look for long-term rentals and appreciation over the years. What do you guys think?

I'm looking for an area to invest in 2-4 unit properties. I'm looking for the best areas that's aren't crazy expensive. Any suggestion ?

Normally I would think to stay a way from small one BR condos. Since family are usually looking at least a 2 BR. I'm a buy and hold guy look for cash flow. Lately I've been keeping my eye on a particular 1 BR 525 sq. Ft. condo a few blocks from the beach. Since it's so small it falls right into my price range. Anyone who has experienced in this situation at all please comment.
