Thanks for all the feed back everyone! @Kevin Fox Okay great, thanks! Looking into it we heard that it is about n  8 Month permitting process with a $50,000 in cloud condo conversion fees. Its currently a residential property. Looking to develop it out for resale into two condos with parking in the back.

Awesome, and many more to come! Great platform for like minded people. Wish everyone the best success

Was looking into that but with a cloud condo each can be sold off and no need for a common area. Its the highest and best use for the crown point area, with a rooftop deck. A small lot subdivision I believe needs a minimum of one private exterior useable open space per dwelling unit measuring 60 square feet.

Hey Julia,

A cloud condo is single-family housing that is structured within a condominium, but with no common elements to the property so no HOA.

Hello Everyone,

Recently took on a residential property in crown point blocks away from the beach. Looking to convert it using a cloud condo conversion. If anyone has any knowledge on permitting fees and coastal commission process here in San Diego in that area please let me know. Thanks!

Hello Larry, Great to hear you are moving to SD. Welcome to BP! Let me know when you are settled into SD, would love to meet and chat!
