If you can't put the property under a LLC, then what entity can you use to maximize the type of deductions? Do we need to file as self employed?

The Rich Dad Poor Dad workshop was good, I came out with new information which was great.

I want to get my business entities started before the month is over. Does anyone know how to avoid my mortgage being accelerated so I can put it under an LLC or S corp? I heard that a quit claim deed does that with out any penalty from the bank.

Thank you to everyone responding to my thread. It is nice to know that Bigger pockets has a tight community. Feel free to connect with me or I might see you at the next REI meeting. I am always looking forward to meeting new people.

Thank you for the warm welcome guys.

I been sitting on some good equity for quite some time or at least according to zillow. I am reading heavily into accessing the equity in my home so I appreciate your input cause it reaffirms my thought process.

I signed up for the Rich Dad Poor Dad workshop tonight. Is it worth the time to sit and listen?

Hello, my name is Dominic and I live in Phoenix, AZ. I have been a homeowner since I was 19 years old and understood the method house hacking before the term existed. At my current age of 29 in 2018, my priorities changed from wasting wealth to now building wealth through employment and house hacking. I am on the path to a second property. I work for a tech company. I like cars, guitars, and history.
