My renter works in Phoenix and Gilbert and lives in Coolidge. They do not mind the commute because the rent is cheaper and you can get a bigger house

I’m pretty excited about Coolidge. In the nearby city, Casa Grande they just opened the Lucid Motors EV car company’s manufacturing as well. Good growth

 Looks like Coolidge was able to secure proctor and gamble to build their manufactured plant. A big win.

No one can predict that houses will go up or down. Just be prepared for whatever happens.

Quote from @Lara White:

@Alicia Marks I am closing on my next property on Wednesday. I used to use conventional lending (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac), but I have been buying my properties in my LLC name lately. So I use a local commercial lender (@Adam Hurst @ Armstrong Bank). Been a lot easier and faster. It's only a 20 year amortization and I put 25% down, but I'm personally good with that. I've used my VA loan a couple of times in the past, but I probably won't use that anymore b/c of the funding fee.

I got my VA funding fee waved.

@Danae Aballi

I heard they are trying to make Coolidge into a manufacturing hub.

@Theresa Harris

I have my property 5min away from SDSU. I have 4 college women renting and each of their parents on the lease, so total of 8 people on the lease. I have never had issues. Usually but not always the college student that live near campus (not on) are little more responsible. They all have a part time job, while studying full time. The renter know the unit is in a quiet neighborhood and I know all the owner around and they will let me know if anything major is going on.

@Ryan Hazelwood

I'm 28. I have 1 SFH home that I bought last year and is currently rented out. I plan to buy another one before I'm 30.

Adam Mazhar I’m not sure if I am going to work with Mr.Krohn. I found a mentor and she is going to expose me to her network. And I’m going to go from there.
