I’m pretty excited about Coolidge. In the nearby city, Casa Grande they just opened the Lucid Motors EV car company’s manufacturing as well. Good growth

Looks like Coolidge was able to secure proctor and gamble to build their manufactured plant. A big win.

I have my property 5min away from SDSU. I have 4 college women renting and each of their parents on the lease, so total of 8 people on the lease. I have never had issues. Usually but not always the college student that live near campus (not on) are little more responsible. They all have a part time job, while studying full time. The renter know the unit is in a quiet neighborhood and I know all the owner around and they will let me know if anything major is going on.
