I've heard of listing spark. How would you evaluate them?

I totally understand, that's why I want to find some people where that is strictly their forte. I'm trying to connect with the right people, so I figured I'd reach out and make this post. It's tough for deals right now (at least for a beginner). You have to meet the right people, but I'm searching regardless. I know it's going to happen soon where I lock down my first, just gotta keep my eyes and ears open!

Hey there. Just trying to reach out to some people on here that are currently wholesaling. I don't have specific areas per se, but I know what I like and what I don't like, and also what I can handle. I'm an eastsider, so I'd like to stick around here, although I am interested in some Westside areas i.e. Parma, Lakewood, Shoreway, Kamm's Corner. I'm looking for deals in Lake County too. Basically if the numbers makes sense, then I'm all ears.

Awesome to listen to someone who delivers information with no frills. I got a lot out of this, and Jay is a man who when he speaks, I take it as writ.

I've seen what people do with hardwood flooring themselves, and then what my buddy does as a professional. Get it done right, unless you have a good amount of experience. One question though @John Hagen, are you going to be renting it out? If so, maybe consider getting laminate? I've seen tenants tear up hardwood floors. Laminate would be cheaper, and when the time comes to sell, you could rip it off and finally do the floors.

Being passive won't get you anywhere from personal experiences. Sounds tough, but hey, you were more than forgiving. Kudos to not flying off the handle! Anyways, follow protocol and move forward. Like what everyone else is saying on here, be professional, and get her out as soon as possible. Everyone has excuses, and it's not your job to sift through the mess. DELETE!

Contractor, trades, loan officer, accountant etc. Basically anything where you'd find yourself hiring a person for their profession when building your team. Network with people, tell them what you're doing, and offer to work for them even as an apprentice.
