Hey Michael Coco, looks like the owners over estimated their rental comps and cant afford to hang on to the property. Best bet would be to give the selling agent a call and find out the story, the sellers could be motivated.

Hey Jason Lee, they're probably lying or not as financially free as they believe they are. This is a get rich slow game, so i've heard from many investors much smarter than me.

Hey Stefano Vrolijk,

Speak with a local mortgage broker and get pre-approved for a loan. I also recommend that you attend some local real estate investment meetup groups. You'll be able to meet seasoned investors that can direct you in the right direction.

Hey Tomas Valladares,

Id count it as a win, you'd be paying down your own mortgage rather than paying down someone else's. It will be a great learning experience and a pretty safe way to get started in Real Estate. Im all for it!

Hey Maile Winward,

Have you been to your local real estate investment meetups? If not, I recommend you attend them. There you will be able to find the exact people you are looking for. Good Luck with your journey!!

Hey Anthony Greco,

There is more maintenance with septic tanks. Every 5ish years the tank will need to get pumped. You will need to be more cautious of the items you are flushing. You have the potential to damage the entire system if someone unknowingly parks on the spot where the system is located.

That being said, my current residence has a septic tank and it's no big deal. But i'm sure other individuals have horror stories and will be able to give you some more detailed insight.

Good Luck!

Hey Christian Dell'Orfano,

Your best bet would be to talk to a few mortgage brokers in your area. They will be able to give you the best insight on if/how you can qualify for a loan.

Good Luck!
