@Wayne Brooks what if the state you have your license in has reciprocity with other states, does that guarantee you access to the MLS of those states?

I'm curious as to how a RE agent gains access to different state MLS outside the state that the agent has he or her's license in. Can someone explain to me how that work?

I’m interested in getting my real estate license in the next 3 months, and I’m curious as to what are the top 3 books I should read and other things I should do that would give me the most knowledge and best chance to pass my exam the first time taking it?

I’m 21 years old and i’m about to relocate to the greater DMV area, I’ve been listening to the BP Podcasts for the last month and it’s been an amazing experience. My next focuses are getting out of my comfort zone and introducing myself to people who can potentially be a mentor, or a hard money lender or someone who can provide me private financing. I’ve been reading a ton of books and I ant wait to use all the slang and vocabulary that I’ve read form these books to be able to have conversations with people who’s been in the game for years

Hello, I’m a 21 year old interested in investing in Real Estate. I’m relocating to the DMV area next month and I wanted to see what’s the best way to start my real estate portfolio. I was thinking about putting money into RETS, which I learned are basically “stocks” or “shares” of property in the Real Estate market. Since I’m still a little naive to it, I wanted additional information and advice on rather or not it’d be a good start to my real estate journey
