Hello, I’m a 21 year old interested in investing in Real Estate. I’m relocating to the DMV area next month and I wanted to see what’s the best way to start my real estate portfolio. I was thinking about putting money into RETS, which I learned are basically “stocks” or “shares” of property in the Real Estate market. Since I’m still a little naive to it, I wanted additional information and advice on rather or not it’d be a good start to my real estate journey
