I'm working with a seller who wants $43K for a 3 bd/1 ba property that is $72K ARV. The property needs 15K in repairs. If the owner is open to seller financing, is this a deal I could other investors would be interested in?

While doing my research on REI wholesaling, most recommend using a real estate attorney to close the deal. How does the attorney or title company get paid in a wholesale deal?
