I am looking for property management software (inexpensive). I only have 4 doors right now and the aspect that I really want is accounting but am sure I will find the other features useful as well. Suggestions please :)

Thanks Scott and Greg... guess I will just have to trust reviews and intuition.  I guess what worries me is that you wouldn't necessarily know its a bad contract until it was to late

Does anyone have an exemplar of a simple LLC and a partnership contract for a two person deal? I know that is vague but I am looking to buy a quad with a partner for the first time. We are going to use an attorney to draft documents, but how do you know what a solid one is versus junk if you have never had one done?
