Hi. As a wholesaler I'm getting to the point where I don't have time to make a hang bandit signs every week🙌🏼 How much do you guys pay someone to hang them up for you? I'm thinking a set amount per sign plus a kickback when I close a deal off of a sign. What do you think?

I'm newer but possibly you could get an equity line of credit on your rental, finance the home in Vegas with a hard money lender, and then refi traditionally? Lots of variables. But just a thought to get the wheels turning
