Thanks @Alex Franks for Tyler's referral, I'll look him up!

Thanks for the info Sky, I'll check it out.

Hey there fellow BP friends,

I was wondering if anyone can recommend me some good books on US real estate investing for us Canadians.  I realize there are many tax implications and rules so I want to get the straight facts and strategies to avoid any costly pitfalls that may occur.  I've heard many horror stories.

Much appreciated!

Hello fellow BP members. I signed up for this site because I'd like to learn the safe way to invest in rental properties from Canada. I've been to a handful of "gurus" seminars in the past and quite frankly, not only do I not have a lot of money to invest in properties, I don't even have the money to pay their absurdly expensive programs! Hopefully I can bypass all that by getting help and support from this blog. I'm a sponge right now so if anyone has any good positive information to give me, don't hesitate to pounce!!

Thanks!
