If I ever do a wholesale deal good luck finding out about it BP, Haha! Is rough in here to wholesalers. I honestly don't see anything wrong with what they are doing. If you are angry at them then I guess you also hate sales persons, they buy low and sale high all the time, sometimes they only hold a product before they sale it to you for a profit. The American way! I love it. It is definitely better than the Cuban, dictatorship way.

I don't care what you guys say, I still want to buy and hold. But I am seriously concern about showing this discussion to my girl. Hahah!

There is a Biggerpockets app what? I don't believe it!

Are you telling me that my situation is a blessing in disguise? I kept telling my Thai Princess, this is the time to read, learn and save money or get really creative. I hope I come up with options that will leave little risk for me or no long term further credit damage if the market does crash. Did I mention before that I love this site and the people in it? I have always listen to the voice of wisdom from others with years of experience.

@Troy Mitchell

Welcome to BP, I am new myself as a Pro member, so I don't know how much weight my welcome carries but here it is anyway. By the way, I am in Del Valle, TX myself.

Thank you so much to both for your take on this. The answers have definitely open up options for me. If you were my neighbors I would cook some stuffed potatoes for you as a sign of gratitude.

We are moving to Florida, near Miami, in about 2 years, it could definitely be more time. We want to buy and hold unless another strategy makes more sense. I live in Texas right now, Austin area. Would you buy here in Texas or would you buy in Florida already? I did live in Florida for a while, so I know the place a bit. Mind you I was not really looking at the place with all that I know now.

@Nathan Gesner

I was laughing so hard even before I got to the picture. Oh, I know I am going to enjoy this! Thanks a lot for sharing.

@Arianne L.

This is more exciting than Income Properties, the TV show! Thank you so much. Another one to show my darling. What an amazing job!
