@Rob Luck Welcome to BP. I have been on here for about 4 months and I love it. I listen to the podcast every day until I get tired of listening to them until the following day. Just listening to the podcast gives me great inspiration. If you have the means to buy a property just jump in if the numbers work. Happy investing.

@Carolina E. Thanks for the suggestion about printing it myself. I guess I will just have to start somewhere, I just have to get the letters out.
@Brian M. Thanks for the input, I plan to work as hard as yourself and have fun at the same time. You seem very knowledgeable on the subject of wholesaling. Looking forward to asking some more questions.
@Adrien C. You are concise with the information, you are a person that gets right to the point and that is a virtue. I will do exactly what you said and I will let you know how it turned out. Thanks for the advice.
@Claire Trammell I noticed that you have a marketing business and you took the time out to give me some advice on what I should do right now without using your services. I do commend you on such a gracious deed. You did inform me on the amount of time that I will have to send out the letters repeatedly, that was truly helpful to know. I will definitely be talking to you soon about my marketing campaign and I look forward to talking to you soon. Thank you for your help.
@Jill DeWitWow I am impressed with the amount of deals that you have done. I haven't heard of this strategy before and obviously it works very well. I will implement this strategy as soon as I get past this initial phase. I will definitely have to pick your brain in the future. Thanks for all the priceless knowledge and thanks for BP, it is a great site.

I am a newbie just trying to get started with little money and no computer skills. My strengths are analyzing deals and I have good financial acumen. I drove for dollars 3 hours last week and found 45 properties. I researched all the properties in the tax records and found 95 percent of the owners addresses, however, I am stuck because I don,t know what to do next. I don't want to write all the yellow letters to all these addresses by had so what do I do now. This is where I need help to automate the process to make it more efficient for me. Any help is appreciated.

@Shawn Wilson That sounds like a great plan, at least you are taking a step towards investing. Most of us haven't taken the first step in investing in our first property so I am glad that you made a decision to take action. I almost bought my first property last month, however my A/C unit in my residence stopped working so I had to take part of my down payment to purchase a new unit. Good luck and happy investing.
