Hey guys! I’m 19 years old, turning 20 this year and I have about 25k in assets and savings and I’m getting my real estate license within the next 2 months! I plan on getting into investing very soon, but I’m not sure where or how to start. Do any of you guys have any suggestions or ideas? Thank you!

Don’t just jump right in on the first call about the price. Talk to them about their needs, what their motives are and also figure out what their issue is. From there you can start negotiating price.
