I recently purchased 2 homes, one for living and the second one for investment. Close to Miami (Florida). 

I would like to know how are you doing with your taxes? All the CPA's I have contacted don't seemed very knowledgeable in Real State Investment. For example, in my situation, I have 2 roomates and I want to know if is better to add them on my taxes to increase my Salary and depreciated my own house? or I want to know if I need an LLC for my investment property in Miami? or home office depreciation, Mortgage insurance deduction? all of this topics that we have learned here by listening to the podcast.

  

I am looking to hire a professional CPA to max out my returns (Legally). 

Please share your experience, how did you find your CPA?

Hello all I am looking for a contractor in Oakland Park FL. Recently I got an offer accepted but during the inspection, a lot of issues came up. The seller is willing to give some credit back but I need an estimate of how much would it cost to repair it. Thanks
