(English is not my first language... so sorry in advance :P ) Hello my name is Didier, im from Québec,  Canada me and my partner have 108 residentiel doors. We already have a propretie manager but im looking for a app or software that can follow my RIO, money comming in and out, ... stuff like that.  And can tell me those infos for all the park and one building at a time. 

If anyone have a idee of a app that can do somethings close to that please let me know !!

Hello, I would like to know techniques to :how to find the type of person i want to send direct mail to.

For exemple: I am looking for seller finance deal. People over the age of 55 (baby boomers) that own six plex or more. That i can send them a personal letter. But how to find them effectively. Thank you for your time !

Im about to try a seller finance deal and the person that is selling it just got a contract with a agent. 

So my question is: how can i make the deal so the agent and the seller like it enough to do a seller finance deal ?
