Colin has a 20+ year career in investment management and has worked at some of the world's largest investment management firms in sales leadership roles. He began his real estate investment journey in 2021 as a way to supplement and eventually replace his W2 income and currently owns 14 units in southern New Hampshire.

De Hsieh - Chairman of the Board
De began investing in real estate in January 2020 and has grown his portfolio to 20 units. In 2024, he left his 16-year career in Analytics Consulting to pursue real estate investing full time.

He is also a founding partner of Blue Door Living, a property management company based in NH, which currently manages over 700 units of small-midsized multifamily real estate. Axel is also the host of The Multifamily Wealth Podcast, one of the most highly-rated multifamily real estate podcasts in the industry.
