Hi Everyone!  Have a Super Safe New Year's!  We are going to set up at least two meetings if not three for January.  We are trying to get times and locations that work for everyone so there is "Active" participation.  One location is off Preston and Parker.  The other I will find out next week if it is available.

Looking forward to hearing from everyone that is interested.

Hey everyone!  Sure hope you all had a great Thanksgiving with family and friends.  We are zeroing down on a meetup for Plano, will be contacting one location tomorrow.  I know a fe said Saturdays were all they could do but can everyone else chip in flexibility as we want to include as many people as possible and do work arounds for the others.  Let's get this ball rolling!  We will have an educational forum soon as well so give me some ideas.  No selling for trainings or etc. will be allowed at the meetup.  Just saying......

We can certainly get a group of us in Collin County together and we would gladly do that.  We have several options for locations but we would like a survey of days and times that the majority of people could attend.  We have a location off Preston and Parker, one off 75 and spring creek and I can check on others.

First though I need a count of truly interested and times etc.

Meet up in Plano, I have a location we could utilize off Preston and Park if that would be of interest to anyone.  Otherwise the Community Centers are a possibility as well.  I could check one other resource.  It would depend on how many are interested, and what days/nights etc.  Let me know and I will gladly help us get it going.

We love what we do and being able to help others grow.  We have met so many super people through our experiences and our network now reaches across the US.  We are blessed indeed.   Our free time is spent with family, church and riding our motorcycles.  Our roles within the company are to always look for properties and partners. Our primary market is the Southwest, generally within a 5 hour radius of the DFW area.  We primarily work in the Single Family Residential market but are expanding out now to Senior Communities and Multi-Family markets.

Hi Everyone!

We are looking for an Experienced General Contractor that has experience in rehabbing homes in the $200K and up range.  We don't want anyone that doesn't have the crews and time to be involved with a new Client please. DFW (Arlington, Plano, Collin etc).

Thanks so much community for your help!

Post: Looking for banks that will lend to investors!

Hi Everyone, we are looking for Banks that are investor friendly in the DFW area and for your shared experience with them. NOT for "lenders" or "Investors" . Truly just referral to banks you have worked with on SFR or Commercial that you would recommend.

We are looking for a lot of things but we have enjoyed this forum because everyone is so helpful!

We are trying to find out what they required for loan applications etc.  Geez, if we all just had a wealthy Uncle Joe that would sign on a loan for us right.  Paperwork over 500 pages to a loan application when all is said and done!  Poor trees.

Well my second request will be another post under Realtors but just in case, we are looking for a Realtor that is focused on working with real estate investors and finding houses for rehab that can be rehabbed, thus forcing up the appreciation in good neighborhoods, growing.  This would be in the DFW area.

Thanks everyone!  Have a blessed day.
