I am doing a survey for NON Licensed Investors ONLY.   What is your greatest hurdle in investing as of 2019?  Is getting Lender's a problem for you?  Do you fund your own deals?  Where do you go for information?  What venues work best for you to network?  How do you find your vendors?  How do you qualify your vendor expertise?  How often do you use a Realtor/Broker in your deals?  What is your goal for # of deals for 2019 and how are you going to meet that goal?  What meetup groups or social networks deliver the most helpful information for you?

Thank you in advance.

Texas has no statutory right of redemption after the foreclosure. (A redemption period is the legal right of a mortgage borrower in foreclosure to pay off the total debt, including the principal balance, plus certain additional costs and interest, in order to reclaim the property.) Once a home has been foreclosed, it cannot be redeemed.

Can you send over to me the following, so that I can run thru my software?:

Addresses; 4017 Pershing Avenue, Ft. Worth, 3713 Collinwood Avenue, Ft. Worth, 5321 McCommas Blvd, Dallas, Tx

We were the 2nd lien holder and we are the ones that filed the foreclosure and are now the owner's.

The 1st Lien is current on all properties.

Okay Y'all - we are getting calls from several people (thank you) and we want to impress upon everyone that we want YOU to tell us what the properties are worth to you.  We will look at all reasonable offers, so make a reasonable offer and we will go from there.  Location wise -  Two are in Arlington Heights area of Fort Worth and one is in the "M Streets" district in Dallas.  Call for addresses so you can go see them.  We can meet you at the properties as well.

We do investing in Texas via a Trust as well.  Dallas Fort Worth is the 4th hottest market in the U.S. so be sure you don't just skip over it.  This is a Trust Deed state and you can work with any real estate investor to find power teams.  We have a great power team here and we have a network across the U.S.

Asa Patterson is in Chicago and very well versed in investing and could give you a lot of information.  If you want his contact information please email me via our signature email.
