Hi Andrew- how's palm coast market? I hear it's picking up.... How do you feel about the rental market? Looking to purchase a rental property by year end... L section perhaps.

Thank you for your response... The homepath website seems to indicate 5% down applies to occupants and investors.. Unless I am reading it wrong....?

Looking to purchase a SFH as in investment in Palm Coast, FL. From what I hear, the rental market is pretty good. However, that is coming from the real estate agents, so I am not sure I believe it. Anyone have any personal experience with renting in this city? Is there a big market?
