But 100k property with 100% down, If goes up

One of my best investments

Was made in palm coast back in 2016. Been rented by an amazing tenant since day 1. I often consider another there, but market has gone up dramatically since then so I usually talk myself out of it. Also, I can’t speak to how easy it is to fill vacant units, but I can say that my in laws haven’t had trouble finding a tenant either. Haven’t been down there in a while, but I hear they are building likely crazy and the population is growing fast! Let me know if you have any more specific questions, happy to help.
