The steam train is moving and I ain't stopping.

How's everyone doing. I hope you all have bigger pockets.

I am trying to go forward with being a wholesaler in NYC and Westchester County.

I want to know if I should set up my LLC prior to starting business and I was hoping if someone could template some important documents I would need when doing transactions, etc.

My other concern is what determines my spread. How much should I be charging as my fee when moving the property. Will a real estate agent need to be involved.

Also, I have no buyers yet but I am looking for houses. I currently have about $500 dollars. How do I start doing contracts when I have nothing to back it up. I am really afraid of a scenario where I can't find a buyer.

Karen Margrave it would be hard because I work in the development side as a rep on a job site so I am learning more about the building side of things rather than small scale investing. This guy is already a billionaire and is long past flipping little multi-families. I am also not even in the same office in a place where someone could mentor me in that which pretty much be the ceo

Hey Guys,

My name is Andrew Brown. I am a little different than most as I am a college student looking to be progressive and create a better life for my family. I am from Mount Vernon, NY in Westchester County. I have done internships with a construction manager as well as a real estate developer. One of the largest developers in NYC and probably the country. My goals are to start buying real estate and making monthly income from it.

I am in search of a mentor that is interested in my situation and would benefit from the satisfaction of having a 19-20 year old kid make is first and subsequent deals till I get accustomed to the waters.

I am excited to meet you guys! Thank you!
