@Account Closed excellent compilation, thank you. To all of you "non accounting " type out there do not let this list overwhelm you. If you do not know accounting you still need software like this. Have your accountant set it up on your ur computer and show your you how to use it. It's nice knowing Exactly where ythe u are financially, everyday, to the penny!

congratulations @Shaun Caldwell , way to use the hustle muscle. I invest with a turn key RE company that primarily acquires thier property this way. They have one full time guy with this responsibility who is paid per acquisition. They sold 230 properties last year. 

@Michael Noto nice job, thx for posting. Question, looks like you added a see through behind the stove and took the exhaust hood vent out. Did you not replace that?
