Anyone have experience and can give me a general ballpark of the cost to duplex down? I'm looking at a typical northside 2-flat and interesting in living on the first floor, adding an internal staircase and finishing the basement (it's over 7.5 feet in height).  I'd also like to add a bathroom.  I know there are a million factors but are we taking 50K ish or 150K??
