Hello I was checking out foreclosures on MLS. I am really looking to invest in property and it seems foreclosures would be ideal minus paying cash for them. Anyone who can talk to me about the best ideas for investing in these type of properties I would appreciate it. Also if you can't talk maybe recommendations on books, blogs, etc.

Thanks in advance

I didn’t really know where to ask this so hopefully this works.

I have 2 questions that could use a few answers.

One I am at the beginning stages of becoming real estate investor. I live in So Cal and I’m in the research stages. Looking to book, class, podcast, and seminar recommendations. Also if someone is close that likes coffee would like to sit down, have a cup of mud and potentially be a mentor/ advisor. Also referrals for a good tax person involved in real estate, investors, and anything else you think I should know.

Secondly I own a HVAC and Refrigeration business. Technically I own a job but am looking to invest into the business for gains to grow the business and using this to support my real estate investments eventually. I need good marketing advisement and some guidance on growing. If any one needs HVAC or refrigeration help at your business or home in the inland empire I can help as well, but mostly want to knowledge.

Hello all I just recent got back on bigger pockets. I have 2 things to ask. I want to start investing in real estate in the near future however I want to be smart and thorough. I need to learn more about accounting, taxes, and market trends (and I’m sure many other things) and I need some recommendations on books , classes, seminars etc. or even just to sit with an investor or someone with experience and expertise in these areas over coffee and glean from them.

Secondly I live in the Inland Empire in California and own a HVAC and Refrigeration business. Granted I really just own a job a this point and I’m looking invest in the company and grow it beyond what it is. I would love recommendations on how to grow a contracting business properly and efficiently. Of course if any one with a home or business near me needs any work I’d be happy to help. Your knowledge is more important however.

Thanks for the help.
