@Corderos SMith Thank you for the warm welcome. Lewisville is a beautiful city. I spent a lot of time in Lewisville while I was working on my undergrad in 2015 at UNT. Lots of awesome development in Lewisville. Good luck with you first property. I am confident you will find a great investment property.

@Andy Webb Thank you for the warm welcome. You're right Hurst is a great area. I primary plan to focus towards the north areas of the Fort Worth (H.E.B, Keller, Saginaw, NRH, Haltom City). Very much open to areas north of Dallas (Irving, Coppell, Farmers Branch, Carrollton), Denton County (surrounding areas of Denton and Lewisville) and possibly Wise County as well. Wise county seems appealing developing area.

My name is Dewan and I live in Hurst, TX which is roughly 25 miles west of Dallas. Caught the real estate bug while in college but been on the sideline far too long. Over the previous 18 months I have been filing my brain with tons of education. I practically have listen to every shows that has been hosted by BiggerPockets. I have read plenty of books on real estate, business, leadership, etc. And I am well informed of my area “warzones, class C, B, A locations”.
