So it's finally here... today I start as a full time RE Investor/Realtor. I've been working both as a Civil Engineer and a RE Investor for over two years now and I finally decided to put engineering in a long term hiatus a dedicate 100% of my time to Real Estate. So 2017 is the year great things will happen. I will be dedicating a lot of time to helping out others and providing RE answers to whoever needs it. I have my Realtors license and hopefully will get some more clients through BiggerPockets. So shoot me an email or text if you need help in the Houston area. I still have my Prof. Engineer license active in Texas but I'm not planing to pursue any engineering work unless it's something simple and not requiring me to put aside my RE time.

Today is a great day and 2017 will be a fantastic year.
