Unfortunately would not be able to attend BPCON23 this year since I have 2 wholesale properties in escrow to close around that time and need my presence. Would like to sell my 1 ticket at a discounted rate.

Good info. I have an appointment with a Quickbook Advisor tomorrow to get me set up. For all real estate closings we have closing costs, appraisal fee & home inspection fee. Which category in Quickbooks shall we record this expenses?
