Hello bp I was wondering if anyone can advise me on the process to find leads/off market deals and the process to get/find partners to invest into your deal?

@Zorya Belanger will do thank you!

@David M. Ok perfect thank you!

@Zorya Belanger so far I'm apart of some Facebook REI groups but I'm unsure of how to find others considering they won't be meeting in person due to Covid. Would you happen to know any and what would you suggest I do to find these groups?

@David M. The “cash flow account” and “property account” are sub accounts under my main, which I didn’t explain to well, but the reason I have them was just to separate the money I get to keep from money I pay towards all expenses including mortgage. So, for example, if I’m budgeting a percentage of rent to go towards vacancy, cap Ex, repairs and PM I would need to keep it in the property account which is also where the “mortgage” I pay will come out of and the left over portion would be my cash flow putting the cash flow into it’s own sub account to be saved for the next property.

This is how I was planning on structuring it^

@Zorya Belanger so it would be ok to have your cash flow and expenses in the same account then if that’s the case?

Hello BP! I am currently 19 and located in Edmonton, AB. I am looking for some fellow Edmontonian real estate investors to connect with In which I'm more than willing to provide any sort of help I can whether that's with on going projects or even as simple as shovelling snow etc.
