@Sean McKenna Thanks for the reply! What size would you think is sufficient? And do you think 2,500 is sufficient for the four existing bedrooms?

Hi!

I am currently looking at a duplex in New Hampshire with a septic system. I like the property because it has a great potential to add a second 1 bedroom unit. One unit is a 3 bedroom house with two bathrooms. The second unit is a 1-bedroom apartment with one bathroom. The septic tank is 2,500 gallons. Would this be a sufficient size to add another 1bed/1bath apartment to?

Thanks for any insight!

Hello! My girlfriend, @Stephanie N.  , and I set out on a goal for the year to meet with at least one individual or couple each month who is passionate about their real estate journey. We're generally looking to network more and surround ourselves with more people that are on a similar path.

We currently have 2 properties between the two of us - a three family and a four family. I am licensed real estate agent but concentrated on investing and building a lead generation business. Stephanie is soon to be certified Bank on Yourself insurance agent and use my own policy to fund my deals.

We're near the NH Seacoast / MA North Shore and would love to meet some fellow investors in the area. Reach out if you'd like to meet us for a coffee!

Hi Everyone!

I am wondering if people have heard of any unique trends in real estate investing? I would have loved to get involved in STRs or MTRs earlier but was not at that stage of investing to get involved.

Some trends I have been looking into are modular built homes, uses for small offices in the suburbs, and MTRs in high demand areas.

Interested to hear what people have seen!

Hey Gunnar - Where in the Bay Area are you investing? I lived in SF for a little while. Love that area.

I work with @Richard Porfilio with Altitude Accounting. He is a CPA and investor himself. I tried to link to his BP profile, but if that doesn't work let me know!
