I am very new at real estate wholesaling. I'm looking for a mentor that can help me get going.  I live in Indiana Lafayette to be precise I have some buyers lined up I believe I can find properties for sale, and get good prices on them.  Now I don't know where to go from here with the contracts and everything. Any advice.       Thanks Devin

Well it all depends on what you are looking for, if you are looking for some MLS listing. I recommend talking to at least a couple different real estate agents. If you want to find some deals on property ask them for the properties that did not relist, sometimes you can find motivated sellers. Other times they did not relist and sold the property but others can be motivated. Then you can cut out the middle man so to speak. However you need to find out if the real estate agent is investor friendly.

Hello I am just getting started on becoming a real estate investor. I am in my mid 20s and never done anything in real estate before so I took some classes and paid some money for training but they don’t seem to be able to help me out from the start to finish.
