Hello BP community,

I'm at a stage in my real estate investing business where I think that I need to have an actual business location. I am a fairly new investor and I'm not sure if I should be paying that cost to lease or eliminating as much cost as I can, by not leasing. Any comments?

Hey Derrick,

Thanks for the response and sorry it took me so long to see this. 

I was told by a few seasoned investors that lead paint is not a issue but, only when the State gets involved. Basically if the problem gets fixed before the state inspectors are involved, then its not a huge problem. Once the state is involved then it can become a big problem due to the test and the selected personal which who can really do the job. Any comments?
