No I actually do not use them, I've tried them but not my fit. But they do offer a full Podio set up.

I got a list and mailed that list about 2 years ago. Ended up closing 2 deals out that list. I don't remember how many leads I mailed but I spent around $500 dollars.

I love on carrot websites but I'm having a hard time figuring out which CRM to use with it. I like CRMs that are very specific to Realestate as they help me track leads from start to finish. Any suggestion. 

I have also heard of people using their email and Google Drive as a way to get organized. 

I'm open to any suggestions. 

I searched for cash buyers in my market and I was surprised to see some of the cash buyers that I currently do business with pop up, so I would say its legit. I've only been using for a few weeks. Haven't tried the direct mail campaign yet. The websites are a little cheesy but they are straight to the point. 

I've used Realeflow, REI Blackbook and now I'm using FreedomSoft. It's a lot more simple than the other two and it works.

Realeflow had a great direct mail engine within its software that works. REI Blackbook has way more functionality. I'm just wholesaling so I like to keep things simple and FreedomSoft is that.

NEVER put a property under contract if it is not a deal. If you do have a property under contract that is a good deal, take it to you local REIA. If someone from there doesn't want to buy your interest, then they may know someone who does. Good luck!
