@ Rob like you said there are 10,000 slated for demolation but there is no funding! so there not tearing them down!...I live in the city of detroit and ride around it daily! u havent seen a house being tore down since Kwame Kilpatrick got out of office!

It doesen take much for a tire business but a machine which runs for 3k brand new ,an inventory of tires ( you can start small and just re invest the profit to build a large invetory, or get them on consignment) and a buliding which will run about 10k here in detroit and thats paid for!

Also i know it takes money to make money ive been a entrepreneur for 5 years and i also Have a Bachelor in Business Management i would never even consider that notion that it dosent take a dime to make money. but i will say this IF YOU help bring business to any business you chose be it real estate act. you then can make money with just putting in time but not a green dollar

Thanks for the answer but here in detroit i can start a tire shop with 20k thats with inventory and all a building is no more then 10k i know a guy who put 30k into a tire shop and now makes close to 10k per month from that business, also i know another guy who opened a mechanic shop for 40k and now makes 50k per month from that business so 50k can go farrrr here because everything is CHEAP. Thanks for the answers though

@Billy you think its tougher to find properties here in detroit then anywhere else?
