They don't have an office but he slipped up and gave me his home address while I was looking at the place. They have many rental places. I just want to be able to get my money back at this point. I signed the lease and gave the deposit but I wasn't given the keys. They said I had to turn on everything before I went in there, everything is turned on. I'll definitely be talking to an attorney about how to go about this.

I just recently signed a lease and gave the deposit for the house I'm renting, it's been about a week. The landlord now won't respond to any texts or calls for me to pay the rent. I have already turned on the electric and water. What do I do? If I can't move in to the place or even get my landlord to respond to collect my rent is the lease able to be terminated by me as a tenant?
