What’s up with the censorship on this site? There were previous posts with suggestions and responses to those posts? This along with the constant crashing on mobile make me want to cancel my pro account. Anyone share similar experiences? @brandon turner

Thanks for the link. I just paid the 1.25 to view the property report and now need to pay another 4.95 to view the owners contact info. The site felt like it was trying to trick you out of more money if you aren’t careful what buttons you are clicking. But it is better than nothing. I’m surprised there aren’t other options online. Thanks again.

There is a house down the street I am interested in that is currently being rented out. How do I find out the contact info of the owner? The official Orange County website does not have personal information on it. Thanks for any help!

@Garlin Smith I just moved from Redondo Beach. Traffic should be light Saturday am. It would be great to discuss OOS investing. I have attended a few seminars about it and spoke with a few turn key providers. Although more expensive here in SoCal, I leaning toward investing here for more control on the investment and more appreciation. Where have you been looking?

Hi guys, I am looking for some advice on the SoCal area. I have been looking for a rental property under 300K (pre-qualified) and I am having difficulty finding an area to focus on. My research keeps bringing me to Palmdale and Riverside. In my opinion, the properties in Riverside are too old and the cashflow in Palmdale just isnt there. Any creative ideas or suggestions? Thanks!
