How do I find the owner of a property in CA?

There is a house I am interested in down the road that is currently being rented out to a tenant that has been there 10 years. It’s looks like it needs some work and I am thinking that the owner might want to sell. How do I find the owners contact information? The official Orange County tax records do not provide any owner information. Thanks!
